The HoeBusters Podcast was created by Darie Michelle as a personal vlog documenting her process of self-discovery and healing after experiencing a narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationship for nearly 2 decades.
Joining Darie in this new season is home-girl and now Co-Host "Nita" as they welcome a variety of guests to have engaging conversations, share their experiences and learn from each other. Their hope for this show is to inspire others to improve their lives by putting in the work to re-build and LOVE yourself from the inside out!

What's up Y'all?! I'm Darie Michelle aka
"The HoeBuster" and I'm dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for emotional abuse victims and survivors, to share their stories and find hope moving forward through pain, trauma and heartbreak.
I believe that by sharing my experiences, I can help others to feel less alone and empower you to take control of your life!
I'm a Mother of 2 beautiful kids, 2X Graduate from North Carolina A&T State University and I've been living in NC for over 20 years now! I'm originally from West Hartford, Connecticut but currently reside in Charlotte, NC which has become home to me! I work in IT and I also model part time for a Plus-sized Fashion Boutique. I truly enjoy showing big girls how to look and feel beautiful in our skin and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to do this with a Major Social Media Influencer! I love spreading positive energy and sharing my crazy life stories to whoever is there to listen!
My mission for this podcast is to break the silence around narcissistic/emotional abuse and provide an outlet, resources and support for those in need.

Hey Hey!! It's Nita Y'all! and I'm here as Darie's homie, truth-teller and now, as a Co-Host on The HoeBuster's Podcast!
I was born and raised in North Carolina and also reside in the Charlotte area. I am a natural hair instructor, hair salon owner, kick-boxing professional, world traveler and "Informal Therapist" to so many cuz I'm gonna tell it like it is 1000% of the time!
I'm the more reserved one between the two of us but I still like to let my hair down and have fun with my girls but I mostly enjoy my peace and my plants!
I bring a different perspective and different life experiences to the show and I'm here to support my friend Darie in this new phase of her life and to help her navigate through the challenges of healing and dating because I've been there and DONE ALL of That!
